MASTERING
New-school tech, old school methods. Recording at Splitbone Studios is like walking into a cabin workshop, where the sound is detailed and the methods of recording are meant to bring out the best of your instruments the old-school way - just microphones, a bit of outboard gear, and a few interfaces - no tricks, no gimmicks.
Let your masterpiece become an animal of its own - mixing with Splitbone Studios is a surefire way of making your art stand out as one of a kind.
Mastering is the final touch that brings your music to its full potential, refining the overall sound and enhancing its impact.
Let Splitbone Studios master your track to give it that final sheen of excellence before it goes out to the world.
The Workshop
Get great recordings without the pressure
Splitbone Studios is an at home, fully wooden paneled "workshop" meant to give you a truly unique sound and a less stressful environment - a place to get the real work done with ease by feeling like you're at a rehearsal space instead of a large, corporate feeling studio.

While this business is fairly new, the gear I have at the moment is minimal, but plenty to get the job done. The purpose of this company is to bring out the "voice" of your instrument with its own character, and as we grow together, more gear will be available/invested in. Extra/wanted gear is also available for rent from nearby businesses.
Program
Cubase is my Digital Audio Workstation of choice. It's what I started with and have grown with since 2012 following producers such as Chris Selem
